ABOUT NIFTY THRIFT

Nifty Thrift is a new, locally owned online thrift shop that also offers assistance and resources of many kinds to those in our community who need it. If we are unable to assist you with a need, we will gladly inform you of some other local places that may be able to help you further. 

We do accept donations of all kinds. (Non parishables, parishables, clothing, shoes, hygeine products, toys, bedding, blankets.. You name it we will find a use for it.) All donations are either sold at our store or given away free to someone who needs and would use it. No items go to waste, everything has a use! Whether it be recycled in some way or used as is.
All funds made from our store, and cash donations that we recieve are used for managing Nifty Thrift and the assistance that Nifty Thrift provides the people of the community. 

We are accepting funds donations for assistance continuing to run our organization, such as obtaining a safe place for all of our donations and important information as well as to be used as a place to meet our community members at and partially run our store from. 

Nifty Thrift tries to be mostly self supporting. We hope to one day become a very successful Non Profit Organization. Please contact us by text, call or email if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. We appreciate hearing from you!

Nifty Thrift is owned & operated by a 28 year old woman who has been through the struggles and tragedies of life, from homelessness and living in a vehicle to domestic violence, addiction and much more in between. She is a Traverse City local with the motivation to make a change. She has always found joy in helping others and making people smile. when she was facing struggles, she was very grateful for all and any assistance she would recieve from the communities local resources. Therefore in return, she is motivated to pay it forward, spread her knowledge, and help the community that had once helped her so givingly. ♡
